JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Children’s Museum is excited to announce the opening of its first free, public exhibit, The Pollinator’s Garden. This exhibit is positioned at the front entrance of the museum and allows visitors to be immersed in a unique and educational experience from the moment they set foot on the MCM campus! In the Garden, children and adults can learn about the role of pollinators such as hummingbirds and butterflies in our daily life, and discover some of the plants they prefer. The grand opening of the garden held June 22, included guided tours of the garden, an on-site bee keeper and refreshing popsicles from Deep South Pops.
